Hi from H-Town

Hi everyone, I'm very new to motorcycle ownership. I've purchased a Apollo 140 RFZ and I'm looking to make an additional purchase soon (a Chinese 400cc Cruiser). I like to tinker and I'm looking for advise.

Does anyone have a recommendation on what type of carburetor works best on my Apollo 140cc to get the max performance out of it?
