To remove the seat you have to remove the rack first then take out the two front bolts that held the rack. After that it's easy to access the screws to remove the battery panel.

I believed you 100%, But it didn't sink in until I saw it in person myself. Thanks for telling me how to get the seat off. You could probably see me in your crystal ball, throwing wrenches, and screwdrivers I was pleasantly surprised to see the bike came with at least some sort of assembly instructions with pics. And I also like how Venom takes all the BS out of the paperwork they just include the crap with the bike. WHO KNEW??? .
