Chains, 428H vs 428V?

After having my Hawk 250 sit for a few years, I finally decided to give it some attention recently. While working on the bike, I noticed in my box of parts that I bought two different types of chains a few years ago for my bike. One chain has "428H" on it, and the other has "428V" on it. I searched online for the meanings of H and V, but am unable to find what the "V" version of chain means. I see that this V chain is an o-ring chain, so is "V" simply just a classification for o-ring chains?

When I searched for more info on this, I read that the H means' heavy duty', and so I am now wondering if the 428V chain is not a heavy duty chain, and therefore not a good choice to use compared to the H version chain. Does anyone know if a 428V chain is fine to run on this bike?

Thanks.
