Where to buy? Where not to buy?

I'm going to get a kpr 200 soon and there is a plethora of places I could buy one. There is a "dealer" about an hour from me that has one available that's marked up a bit. I'm really thinking about ordering it from venom motorsports, but I'm not sure about the reliability of these websites. Where should i.be looking to buy and where should I definitely stay away from?
