Oh, Come On! I Changed The Main Jet On My 250 And Now It WILL NOT START!!!

WTF? I went from an 88 main jet to a 110 on my 2021 Tao Motor TBR7 "250". I know I have it together correctly (after a few tries). It cranks and cranks, but no start. Once it almost started, before battery ran too low to crank further.

Note: The head of the the new main jet screw is quite a bit larger than factory, but I don't see how that could be an issue as it is on float bowl side of carb.

Any ideas?
