Is the US getting the ZongShen RZ3S 400? (CSC RZ3S Halcyon)

Just as the title says. I've found the bike listed on zongshen's website but can't find anywhere that either has one for sale or even video of the bike in action. No reviews, just (literally) two not-so-good foreign reviews that don't really go into the kind of details or footage I'm looking for. Like, how does the bike look/sound like with someone riding it? Is it a reasonable Ducati Monster clone? 0-60 demonstrated? The bike looks sick with the naked style and trellis frame touch
