which would you do first and why?

so, got my bike (2007 roketa/shineray db07a, 200cc CG motor) back on the road, pretty well stock in the performance area, other than de-catted and an FMF powercore "silencer"...

i see a lot of people talking about the cams, the 4 degree advance keys, and PWK carbs... oh and head porting, not sure i am quite ready to do that yet though...

which one(s) do you all think would net the best gains on top end (holding speed on hills) or possibly increase the top end a bit?

bike is supermoto'd with 520 chain setup, 13/38 sprockets, the 38 is the smallest i can get short of custom made for a ninja wheel, and i doubt a 14 front will fit, the 13 is really tight as it is.

i am currently running the stock non limited cdi, but i have a blue "performance" cdi that i can try too...
