Has anyone tried these eBay cam kits on the cg250?

One concern would be the inability to adjust the tappets. Or maybe I’m missing something. I’m looking to improve performance much like Megadan did with his cam install.

After looking at it more, I realized the cam followers would not effect the rocker arms in the head
