Installing Renthal High Enduro Bars from CSC for TT250 HELP

Hey all. Just received my Renthal High Enduro handlebars for my 2021 TT250.

Before I do the install I wanted to ask is there anything i should know? I heard i would have to drill a hole or two? Is this true? If so, how do I go about doing it?

Also, I just ordered a pair of ENDURO ENGINEERING full wrap around hand guards but was told they may not fit due to them not having a swivel mount to be able to bend/manipulate the mount off/from the handlebars.

Anyone have experience with this? Thanks
