lowering my Hawk

Hey guys! Ive kinda bitten off more than I can chew... Im about 5ft and when on my hawk with the kickstand I can touch the ground, but without the stand I cant and it leans a bit too much :( Im ok with doing as much work on it as needed to make it short enough please help... I know Ill have to change the suspension, but Im not sure which to get. Any help is extremely appreciated! <3
