Bashan 250 has 2 cats????

Hello everyone, I’m new to this forum and I love it. There is so much good info here.

I am working on a 2020 Bashan Brozz 250, one of the things I am doing for the customer is removing the cat from the exhaust. So I got the cat removed that is in the pipe about 10 inches from the head. After that I could still tell something else was slowing the air flow, so I started examining the rest of the exhaust and at the end of the pipe where it meets the can/muffler there’s is what seems to be a second cat. I am going to try and attach pics. As anyone else came across this and if so did you remove it also?
