CG250 Head Work

I have a Bashan Storm 250 which uses the same engine as the Hawk and basically every other 250. I would like to have the head ported and decked but I'm not at all confident in my ability to do it! Does anyone have any good recommendations for who can do this?

I messaged LFR Small Engine and they quoted me $200 just for porting and said they cannot deck because their mill is broken. That's pretty dang steep!
