Ok folks pulling the trigger on my first atv the TaoTao Rhino 250. So a few questions on out of the crate must haves.

1. New Carb looking at this one.

3. Fully assembled, does this mean oil changed already? (No the site doesn’t specify)

4. Fuel filter? Saw this on a YouTube video where the guy said to junk the factory one because it is junk

Any other immediate upgrades???
