2019 Bashan Storm not accurately counting KM

My brand new 2019 bashan storm has in reality about 210 miles on it (using google maps) and it says 3300km on the odometer. odometer started at 110km when i bought it new. trip odometer is too fast as well, I found it to be 16.1km per mile actually traveled which is waaaayyyy too much. seems odometer is near that as well. are there any adjustments i can make to fix this? its very annoying.
