50cc TaoTao Electrical help

Hey all!

I received a 2014 50cc TaoTao for free in efforts to get it running again.

The previous owner had some SKETCHY electrical work done to it. It was missing a starter relay, and had a 30 amp fuse in it...

I am very close of getting it to crank, however I believe there are some safety features preventing it from starting, however I could be wrong...

Edit:
Not sure if my pictures are showing or not... The first cable is a 2 or 3 pin, with a green wire and a white wire going in to it located near the battery. The next one is located up by the handlebars and is a 2 pin, and has a green cable and a grey/maybe white cable going in to it.

Thanks for all the help!
Nick

Could somebody please look at my pictures and help me figure out where these clips need to be plugged in to? And why does one have a screw wedged in it?
