The_DJ_Remixer Join Date: Apr 2019 Location: South of Pittsburgh PA Posts: 69	UPS Freight uses a 3rd party company regarding claims. Guy came out this morning and took more photos and what not. Noted the damage to the shipping metal frame and damage to the bike. Now waiting for the next step.
