Need a chain guide/slider for Hawk!

Does anyone know where I can get another chain guide (slider)?...NOT a chain GUARD....for my 2017 Hawk 250? I removed and discarded the original chain guide (embarrassing story...I'm brand new to motorcycles and I thought it was packing material to protect the chain from hitting the swing arm.

We can hear the chain occasionally hitting the metal swing arm when we ride. That can't be good for the chain. BTW, we will be upgrading to JT Sprockets (17/45 combo recommended on this site) and a new chain (JT Sprocket 130-Link Heavy Duty X-Ring Drive Chain (520 X1R2).
The CSC website does NOT offer the part for the TT250....
