Did you make sure the exhaust header nuts/bolts have enough torque on them? Don't remember exactly but it was over 10 or 12 ft lbs to seal that pipe up to the engine
Might have a leaky exhaust header gasket? Easy and cheap to fix that, get a Copper Crush Gasket from Honda Or you might have the valves set on the wrong 'TDC' ?
