Stock tire tube sizing and using front tube on back

So the stock tire size for a 2016 RX3 is 100/90R18 front and
130/70R17 rear. CSC's website isn't showing any tube information when going to their online store. Can someone tell me what tube numbers to look for?

Also, I was thinking about packing a spare front and use it in the back if need be. I've researched and have come across people with 21" fronts being able to limp home by stuffing it in the 18" back tire. Since my front and rear tires are way closer would a front tube be a good permanent fix for the rear?
