Yes, we are the most restrictive state in the union...and I've been to many OHV parks in my almost 50 years of riding. These parks are run by the state, manned by Rangers at the gate. Plus, I've been stopped multiple times in USFS land. As I stated prior, they do not look for a stamp, tag or anything. They take a rod and ram it up the tailpipe and look for a blockage (baffle, screen, etc..). I have NEVER been halted from riding in any of these areas because my mufflers/arrester, pipe, etc... on any bike I've ever ridden, have past the rod test.

Even if they did look for a stamp, they wouldn't trust it because people modify their mufflers. They wouldn't look and go, "There's the stamp in the muffler, you're good!"
The rod test is the litmus test, here in CA, the most restrictive state in the union. Don't forget, we go up in flames every year during fire season, they're VERY strict on this.

Do yourself a favor, take a welding rod or a straightened out coat hanger, ram it up the tail pipe and see if it stops, If it does, you pass.
