When I first bought my bike it had the wrong speedometer cable put on it, and I contacted them via email the next day. He had me bring the bike back and swapped the cable for the right one. So no problem. Now, the rear brake is sticking and I've tried everything so I need to swap it. I emailed yesterday, so hoping to get the same good service. I absolutely need a new rear brake, because I can't even ride with it sticking.
