Won't start?

Okay so had to step away before I got all Clarke Griswold, but the darn thing won't turnover now. Have gas, spark, haven't messed with anything sin e I had it running the other day. Not sure where to go next.

Maybe I need to adjust the valves? I know that can make it hard to start.

Also does anyone have any idea what I should expect to see on a compression test?

Man I hate this ko d of annoying stuff, need a battery this kicking is for those young fellas!
