UPDATE: Didn't take all that long (9 days), was apparently in the works when they led me to believe it wasn't.
Q9 is taking their sweet time getting me the MCO, different story every time I contact them. I have a blank one that came with the bike. If I had an example, I could put the blank one to good use.
