Cheap chinese screws.

So yesterday I was changing the brake fluid to try and increase the typing power of the front brake that seems weak to me and while trying to remove the cover one of the screw he's stripped. I ended up drilling the head off and now the threads are stuck down in the brake. I do not really want to mess with drilling it out and possibly re tapping it so does anyone see a reason this part wouldn't work.
