RJ - I completely agree. I got it last Friday at 6:30 PM, and I didn't put it down until I turned the last page at 10:00 PM. It was a great read, and a lot of great history on CSC and the RX-3. The approach to market and support of customers is different, amazing, and refreshing. It's well worth the $20 for the book in my opinion, though I wish I had sprung for the full color version.
