GY 200 Dirt Bike - Parts & Questions

My son just bought a used GY 200 enduro dirt bike. It has marking that say SLD and Super moto. The guy we bought it from said it was a 2011 but VIN Searches seem to suggest it is actually a 2008.

LWGYCML118A000794 - the 10th character is an 8. This site says that an 8 in this position is for year 2008. http://support.alldata.com/alldata-r...-to-year-chart

Running the vin I found this:

We have a couple of questions:

1. Where is a good place to buy parts for this bike?
2. What is the American-sold equivalent for this bike?
3. The bike is makes a grinding sound when the starter is engaged but the bike starts fine. I'm guessing this has something to do with the flywheel or starter gears. Any thoughts?
4. The bike is low on oil. The tag on the bike says it takes JW 30 oil. What is the US equivalent for this oil?
