I haven't tried to port and polish or anything like that yet, but I will.

So far, I've installed a pod filter, a free-flowing exhaust, a 112.5 main jet and a 27.5 slow jet in a Mikuni. It runs really well up to 65mph, where it tops out. I'm likely to swap in the 230 I have and port and polish at that time.

There's only so much we can do to a pushrod motor that has only one cam lobe, but I want to free it up as much as I can. I'm resisting the urge to use a no-rev-limit CDI, because I don't want to kill it.
