My TMEC 200-1 by Excalibur

Here is my new tmec 200-1 on/off road enudro. Bought if from Excalibur. They put it together and shipped it to me. My first bike! Haven't gone over it too much yet, and don't know much about them... first question - was driving around a little tonight, and stopped and showed a friend (first off he couldn't believe how little I paid for it) but he also thinks the tires may not be street legal. At least back when he drove an enduro, could only have so much gap between knobs, he doesn't know if anything changed though. Has anyone had a problem like that before? I'm sure each state has their own rules so I'll have to check here in Wisconsin, but just wondering.
