New 2008 Qlink XP 200 + some Questions

Hello all!! After reading through this forum and mychinamoto I decided to buy this from a local guy here in Utah for $900 with 1700km on it.

I have learned a lot from the forums about what parts interchange, but i am having trouble finding out about levers. Clutch + brake levers. Can I order any levers, or which other bikes are interchangeable?

Both the handlebar, and both levers are bent from the previous owner.

Also, The left fork is discolored and silver mostly instead of the golden color that the right fork is. Any problems with this?
I plan on New Levers, Handlebar, Grips, and Hand guards.

Any help would be great!!
