finding replacement bolts

hi

I did an inspection of my sky team v raptor (retro) 250 and saw a bolt was missing connecting the engine to the frame.

I've heard of people replacing all bolts on the chinese bikes with stainless steel ones. Where would I pick up such bolts...a hardware shop?
