Easy Registration in Ca for non-carb

Hello all, I recently purchased a 2005 No Name 200cc China ATV with no Title and No MSO and received a Green Sticker.

After hearing many horror stories that I would not be able to register a non-carb Chinese ATV . After doing much research I realized that OHV should not be an issue registering for Off road use but an issue if I needed it street legal.
It is very important to get a "official" Vin verification from an approved source and a declaration stating that I know there is no liens or penalty attached to the property.
Now that I got the green sticker I can ride in State Forest and Public ATV trails with no restrictions.
