I have a thread going on my SunL atv, now I'm going to start one on a 2010 Bashan Renegade 50cc moped scooter i just picked up. I got It for $50 non running with a busted clutch and missing belt among a few other issues. The scooter had 2,281 miles when the speedo cable broke.

Initial issues:
Busted clutch
Missing belt
Rear brakes removed
Key switched replaced with toggle switch
No gas cap
Exhaust removed and no gaskets or hardware
Janky bendix
All plastics busted up and cracking at mounting points
No title

I got the scooter running yesterday by cleaning the carb and fuel pump, flushing the fuel tank, and replacing the fuel lines. It runs great at cold start, but when it warms up, it doesn't like WOT and will die on sudden WOT.

Made my first parts order on Amazon : clutch, belt, gas cap, exhaust gasket and hardware.
