register in OR
no problem here. went to small branch, was told to go home and return with the bike at the main branch. Loaded my LF250 on trailer to a DMV on Power Blvd. The lady did not check my bike nor my bill of sale. She took my MCO and that was all she needed. I am ready to get on the road now.

Bend Oregon.
Went to the DMV with the paperwork sent from Brian at Motoxtreme. They took the MSO and EPA forms, filled out one short Title form, charged me $118.00 for 4 years, and I walked out with a plate in under 10 minutes. BTW: I did not take the bike down with me, and they didn't want to see it. Q |

Registration Brookings
Went to DMV and they said NO. Any bike with a VIN starting in L they would not register. Said they needed a letter from Lifan stating that the bike complied with EPA and State safety standards.I bought my bike from TMS, .Not sure what to do now. I wrote to TMS. Hope this works out I really like my bike.

You may need to try another office. I don't know how the DMV works in Oregon, but trying one of the smaller branch offices may work.
