Does anyone know what bike this is ?

I am a little interested in this bike, which is about a half hour away from me. I figured I could get it for $1,400, or so. I messaged the guys Dad, and I said it reminds me of a Templar, or Titan. He said he thinks it's a Templar, and it is a 5 speed. I looked at pictures of Templars, and couldn't find any with the rear rack. He said it has a WV title. I think it's probably a good deal.

The rack definitely looks like Templar M or X. So does the swingarm, all controls (inclding that choke lever), speedo unit, short shifter, front fender. The cam cover is replaced, but in the right place for the 172FMM. New seat cover, or seat, but also looks perfect for Templar. I am sure it is a Templar. Exhaust has been replaced. Too bad it wasn't in 6th when the speedo photo was taken. That would verify X model.

I asked if it was a 5,or 6 speed, and the guy sent me a picture of the decal showing the shift pattern, and it's a 5 speed. I know ,I don't need another bike, BUT concidering the guy says it has an actual Title, and only a little over 300 miles, I am having a hard time forgetting about it, but I also wonder why someone would buy the bike, and add aftermarket items, and then get rid of it.

OK. so with that XPro logo, it is a Templar M. No adjustable suspension. A good negotiating point
But still a great "street legal" trail bike.

Maybe he never did any carb work, or replaced it and never figured out jetting? The chain could also be loud and obnoxious. I could be tamed
