Any CSC TT250 riders know of an aftermarket swingarm?
I need to order a swing arm for the TT 250. I've had a hell of a time with this one. It's really my only gripe with this bike.
No matter what I did I was constantly adjusting the chain. I even bought an expensive aftermarket chain think the stock one was stretching. Didn't really seem to help though. I cranked down on the axle nuts and it started bending the swing arm. Between winter riding and off-roading I've got rust and a crack in it now. Definitely needs to be replaced this spring. My question is, has anyone used a different swing arm on it? I remember seeing a post here of somebody swapping the swingarm on their hawk. I looked for it, but couldn't find it. Has anyone tried a different swing arm on the TT-250? Any suggestions?

The swing arm for the Brozz250 Blue eagle is a much better swing arm with better adjusters. Mega Dan bought one and does fit. https://shop.brozz250.com/eshopprod_...r_Absorber.htm

I like that a lot and the price is half the price of the CSC OEM replacement! Thanks, at that price, I'm going to try it. Looks like exactly what I was looking for.

Does the new TT have another better swing arm? Yeah prob the Bross idea is a good one.
Careful tho if you have a later TT250 with the offset type sprocket I am not sure if the rear hub is the only difference. I spotted the change while I was at CSC a few months ago. |

Make sure you're not tightening the chain too much. That can cause the chain to stretch in a heartbeat. You probably need about 30-40mm static (unladen) chain play. If there's no slack when you're sitting on it, the first bump will stretch the chain.

Really, I'll have to look for that. I just called down there and asked the guy if there was an aftermarket swing arm available and whoever I talked to said no. You have a link by any chance?

I noticed a difference where the disc brake mounts too. That could be a problem too. There's like a pin that sticks out on the TT250 that holds the break mount in place.
