which reverse trike
which reverse trike
I am looking at the DF50TKC the pros are no motorcycle license at 50CC I am less likely to bite off more then I can chew its new with a parts warranty they will deliver it to my house cons questionable build quality some people on youtube really seem to like theirs and some people have had front end problems on the 150 not self balancing 2010 MP3 the pros are faster able to ride on more roads self-balancing no need to put feet on the ground at the light name brand cons its used parts might be hard to come by need a motorcycle license because its capable of going faster more likely to get myself in trouble not sure what I should do here |

A 50cc trike will not give you more than 30-35 mph. That really limits the number of roads you can safely travel.
-A reverse trike has a braking advantage over two wheel scoots. You have two front wheels to provide braking. -the DF50 will not be as reliable as the MP3. You can expect occasional electric problems with the DS50 that you will need to troubleshoot. My 2 cents.

Thank for your input I knew the 50 isnt that fast my big fear about its lack of power is driving uphill limiting it even more
I like the design of the 50 but if it going to struggle and not be reliable then I need to face facts and walk away |

You can always upgrade the 50 with a big-bore kit or even swap the entire engine, once you gain confidence.
