You'll need a torch and a cut off saw No just remove the bolts that hold it together.

On mine the nuts were welded to the angle iron but not the bolt. Do you have a angle grinder to cut the welds?

Was looking at the exhaust it has a huge converter behind the heat shield..the exhaust in not like the brozz either,,,the end cap is riveted on and I don't think the spark arrester can be removed,,,its got a really long exhaust on it

Sounds like a CA bike! All of my end caps/baffles/spark arrestors have been welded in.

Some people have held their bike up by chain or strong rope hung from the ceiling of their garage. Beer and friends help, too. Some wives are helpful, some are not, so that is a neutral issue.
