I wonder how the heck that happened? Were your valves set properly?

Mechanic asked the same question .He said may be there is a problem with the chain tensioner and may be there is less oil then it shoud be.

so this is 2 years parts warranty, right? i would assume it's eligible for replacement parts from your local Zong Dealer? I see you are from the Republic of Turkey.
What was the total mileage/kilometers on this bike? It Looks like you have the situation under control Hope everything goes smoothly for you.

Sorry to hear about your problem.
Looks like a failure of a name brand part if that's a DID. I don't see that in the picture, but I'm not a DID authority ;-). Odd but it happens. I've never heard of a cam chain breaking before. I wonder if something else failed that CAUSED the cam chain to break. Seized camshaft bearing for example. I don't think it's possible out of adjustment valves could ahve caused this.

You have to scroll the pic over to the right to see the DID stamped link.
I've seen lots of broken cam chains on Hondas, Yamahas, Suzukis, etc., which is one reason I really like the CG engines. Quote:

I know there's tons of RX3's around the world doing mega miles and these things do live in a very high rpm range. Who knows...........like you say though, the CSC warranty rocks.
