My google-fu is failing me for diagrams, manuals etc. |

I recommend that you use Google Chrome to view the page, and allow it to translate automatically. Not perfect, but usually workable.

For all it is worth, see if a TMEC 200 parts catalog shows that bike using a similar diagram:
http://www.atv4usa.com/catalogs/TMEC200-1.pdf (page 19 and 20)

replacement lock? or toggle switch? if i am not wrong you ll need two toggle switches, one for the light circuit and one for the ignition. you could mount it somewhere hidden and won t need no key again. keep the ignition barrel mounted as a decoy.
looks like a fairly new bike.

This ignition switch is weird.
I can't tell what the pictograms on the switch are supposed to mean. It has two wires with continuity "on?" And 2 with continuity "off?" And the lock/fork lock position has no contacts. I also can't read the secondary light switch. The wiring diagram posted doesn't match wire colors so I'm a little confused there. |

Edit: 193.6 miles. Speedo cable is ripped off. Tach cable is ripped off. On the positive side, I got the kill switches and ignition switch parts of the engine side done. Now for rectifier lights and gauges.. Last edited by Rix86; 11-02-2014 at 04:48 PM. |

Most wiring diagram shows Honda color coding BUT that bike maybe a "hybrid" (the insurment is Suzi style)
Color doesn't mean ANYthing in used (PO may hacked it) / off brand (Maker may use whatever on hand) , trace w/ test lamp , multimeter for exact meaning. http://www.dansmc.com/electricaltesting.htm --- Suzi http://do.ejdz.cn:8087/%E6%91%A9%E6%...3%E5%9B%BE.gif http://do.ejdz.cn:8087/%E6%91%A9%E6%...3%E5%9B%BE.gif Yammie: http://do.ejdz.cn:8087/%E6%91%A9%E6%...3%E5%9B%BE.gif --- Most chinese odo reads in km (times 5/8 is the approx mile reading).
