Does the auto clutch make it a scooter in BC? I think these will all have a 4spd semi-auto trans.

I'm not really sure how that works, I just know that being in a lower displacement class it saves a bundle on insurance, I don't know about classification as a scooter or not. I believe anything over 50cc needs a motorcycle license anyways.

Probably not, I don't really need one, plus I don't know if they're even available to purchase anymore.

I failed to notice that it's a four speed. Definitely a motorcycle in the Province of BC.
