Brozz broke down off road Stranded now!
I messaging this live in field broke down . All was well found a huge off-road lot . All was well. Loving it. Dirt hills , small trails . Then going down a small dip bike dies. Will not start. Cranks over but no joy. Only tools are my phone and the stock tool kit. Removed the plug . No spark! Looked at the coils and wires all look good. Out by myself. Oh and it’s dark now.
Not loving my Brozz right now. I pushed her out to the main road and now waiting for help. Just me and the mosquitoes . I hoping it the plug. I purchased a new one but hadn’t installed it yet. Waiting on my the other half to bring my truck, Ramp and the new plug. Anything else I can do until help arrives. |

On occasion, it ends up being the CDI. Not as easy fix as plug, but very low cost. Consider that IF plug does not fix it.

Finally home .
Plug isn’t the problem. Bike is dead. No spark. How do I test the CDI? Bike is still under warranty. |

More recently this past November, there was a group ride. One of the riders kept having starting issues which seemed to be his carb. He had difficulties starting his at every stop. Finally, after we had our last stop at a hamburger stand, he took off and went home after having one last difficult time starting his bike. I had suggested CDI a few times, and sure enough, that was his fix, too. Near new Taotao TBR7. He ordered a new CDI off of Amazon or Ebay. In your case, start with Peace. I have faith in Jeff and his customer service. Maybe he can express a CDI your way?

Did you check the kill switch? May of hit it by accident? It does happen. Ask me how I know. Lol

Sorry to hear this, hopefully it's just the plug. The NGK makes a big difference anyway.

The Brozz doesn’t have a kill switch. Strange I know. I started taking the bike apart after reading the alarm could be the issue. Once the seat was off I disconnected the alarm siren and checked that every connection was good. I grabbed the remote and cycled the alarm on and off. Then checked the plug and hit the remote starter. Spark!! I didn’t carry the remote with me while riding so I didn’t cause it . I was in a very large area not sure if something tripped it. I secured the alarm so it wasn’t bouncing around under the seat and buttoned her up. One hit of the starter and she started right up.
Perhaps she was pissed I didn’t install the new shifter I received today’. I did install it before proceeding with my trouble shooting. |

Instead of AC from stator it’s DC from battery Some might just earth the blue/white wire for kill switch or use the kill switch location that’s just often another coil contact internally |

Head light
I took my bike out for a short ride tonight. All appeared normal and she idles fine once I remember to turn the fuel on.
So my little adventure let me see how weak the headlight really is. I posted a pic. Will this light work for my Brozz? |
