Taotao110cc no spark

Hey guys, I'm new to the forum and new to these little bikes, but I have a 110 cc atv that will not spark. A bolt came loose on the stator and really messed up the stator/magneto, so I bought a new 5 wire stator magneto..(same as old one).. and couldn't get spark. Tried new coil, CDI box, rectifier, key switch, checked all grounds, still no luck. Volts coming from pulse generator .7 to CDI box. Volts from CDI box to coil .07. Any ideas? When I put the old stator/magneto on, I get a small spark, but not enough to run the atv.
