Spend someone else's money

Say you had a job that took you all over your state (in my case, Florida), where you occasionally stay away from home. What kind of bike would you buy that would fit in the back of your truck or on a bike carrier hitch to ride around when you are stuck out of town for a couple of days at a time? A street bike? a dirt bike? an enduro? a scooter? a monkey bike? an ATV? something else? Hypothetically speaking, money is no object, but you must buy a Chinese model (artificially keeping the price lower) and not spending money just to be spending money. I guess what I want to know is what would give you the best bang for your buck?

Enduro. just because of low cost and you would get more use out of it at home too taking it on and off road. Hawk would be the least expensive then the Brozz, Stallion 250 or the CSC TT250. On the other hand a Scooter would have lockable storage space for when you are out running around.

+1 on the dualsport.

If you can only have one, that's the one to have.

Definitly not the ATV, opposide end of the usefullness scale. Also unweildy things.

Maybe also a little folding bicycle

in my thinking it would be an enduro (obvious, platable). honda. for reliability (since you're out of town and can't be fixing it every 5 min ). also the thing needs to be light enough to be able to clutch/walk it up a ramp into a pickup for frequent safe transport.

did you think you were going to get any other answer from this site

HaHa, no not really. And that's the way I was leaning too. Kinda get a little bit of all worlds with an enduro. If I had a 2 wheeler I probably wouldn't be doing a whole lot off-road, but I'd like the capability. Sometimes I run across some cool looking off the beaten trail kind of places and would like to venture back to check them out after work hours. I had a lot of fun with my dad's little 50cc scooter, but never took it to work with me. I see some of these scooters and monkey bikes can be bought with more aggressive tires. Not as knobby as the enduro tires, but good enough for gravel and dirt I'd imagine.

150 Enduro Scooter

You could also get one of these. Best of both worlds. http://www.apscusa.com/New-150-Endur...tic_p_638.html

That's a goat. His name is Spongebob. We have cows too, but no Holsteins. I live on a 40 acre hobby farm. We have cattle, goats, mini horse, donkeys, rabbits, chickens, quail, pigs...

Another way to phrase it is n+1, where n equals the toys you have and 1 is how many more you need.

That is a COOL scooter!....of course, not available in CA.
Hobby farm? I didn't think farms fell into the "hobby" category. Up at dawn and down at sunset is a heck of a hobby! LOL!

Many times these are the domain of the folks with lots of money to play with.

Mabey Numbrseven is loaded?

Down here , there playgrounds called hunting camps usually comprised of at least 500 acres and surrounded by 8 foot deer fence.

Numbrseven IS in reference to the jackass! It's my nickname given to me as a baby. I guess they could tell a lot about me at an early age lol. And hobby farm indicates it costs more money than it makes. So, sorry I'm not exactly loaded LOL

I like my story better, a rich eccentric hippy farmer that likes motorcycles.
