Bashan Storm 250 Build
Ok, so i am not the best at remembering to take photos, it would seem ... sorry about that ... but it did go from box to bike, and i did get a few other pics, when i thought about it, but it turned out to only be a few, and not all that interesting
 ... but i will post some things i do and don't like about the build and the bike in the end

I'll be waiting for more pics/info on your bike and build experience. I'm about done with my Kawasaki KLR650 refurbish and was given the OK for a second bike sometime after that, these Storm 250 are on my list of motos to keep an eye on
 , it would make a great "around town" bike for me (or the Mrs. if I can talk her into riding) and later on it will be a perfect first bike for my kiddo to ride to school and home when he gets big/old enough in a few growth spurts

ok, first pic was just what i had to put on just to get her inside for the night ... front wheel, bars, and a bolt in the rear shock ... sounds easy enough, right ... wrong, ...doing the wheel and shock bolt by yourself is no small task ... holding the bike up to get tha rear shock bolt in was a bit of a trick, i ended up putting a 2x4 under the frame and lifting as high as i could, then propping said 2x4 on my leg while pulling out all my best twister moves that i learned back in 1987 ... and then for the front wheel, i had to set the frame on the edge of my front porch with the forks hanging off, then lean the bike to one side with ninja like skills using one hand to try to line up the axle, spacer, and rim with the other without letting it fall over, then lean it the other way, using same said ninja like skills, and line up the wheel, speedometer gear housing, and other fork ... the second pic is the start of tear down

the next pic is just more things coming off, to get to all the little bolts and plugs so i could add blue loctite and dielectric grease ... if you will look at pic #2 in the post, you can see just how much too wide the rack is at the front where the bolts go ... at this point, i had to call upon my kung-fu grip i picked yp in my days of youth, playing and watching g.i. joe, as i needed one hand to squeeze the bar in, and one to put the nut on the back side ... the third pic, i had the headlight on, tail light on, fender on, and that pesky rack bolted in place ... also had light wires greased and hooked up, as was the alarm

Good job with the rack.. Mine only has 3 bolts holding it on. It just doesnt fit..
