Hawk Battery
I went out to change a clutch cable this morning and i noticed what at the time appeared to be a puddle of water under the Hawk, the taste test confirmed it was battery acid.
if you look you can see that the battery is leaking where the top and bottom half come together in the right corner behind the negative terminal , I cant explain this one and I couldn't find a replacement locally so i guess i will have to order one. |

I ordered a yuasa agm replacement for it from Apex, they have a warehouse close by and it should be here in a couple days.

Yeah. The picture of the damaged side of the battery is fuzzy, but it sure looks chafed to me. How did you're clutch cable kit work out?...ARH

I know the pic is kind of sketchy but the case has a crack about 1/2" below the negative post right on the corner |
