Snowmobile trip
Since it´s winter here now I´ll write a ride report about a 70 km snowmobile trip today.
Went on a trip first with my "sportier" snowmobile and it was a blast.. In the afternoon i took my old Lynx 535 (from 1980, wheel boggie, 275 kg) Went trough some really rough terrain were no one had gone before me. Came to a steep hill and gave full throttle, but the 35 Hp Rotax 503 didn´t cope so I came to a stop. Put it in reverse and went downwards...suddenly a tree attacks from behind. More exactly it attacked the right handlebar handle with my hand in between. The handlebar was bent forward, and I tought that my hand had been chrushed. Took a while to come loose, with the whole snowmobile weight on my hand.... Drove home and took a iron pipe and "adjusted" the handlebar again. My hand hurts and it´s red and scratched but alive.....

reminds me of the first time i let my female cousin ride my xr80, she knew how to operate the clutch and brakes and everything, we also owned a atc250r at the time...
she managed to just plow into some trees and she was stuck there with the throttle pinned open and the bike on top of her and wedged into the trees, i had to come rescue her, but it was still laughable.. no one was hurt bad, but she did have some minor cuts and bruises my poor bike needed a new brake lever and a handlebar.. fun times
