Looks like a tall seat, esp. with those tires. Probably 21" and 18".

I really wouldn't worry to much about seat height, as all dirt bikes are gonna be tall. especially the 250s. I would look more into reliability. I would say to look into a used ssr sr250, but they'll be out of your price range, I think. Their XR250 might be within the range. I think it's the same as the Orion, though.
