Hello 79,
I put a list based on just price and I check them every couple of days to keep it current. Good luck in your choice and post which one you choose. Here is the thread: http://www.chinariders.net/showthrea...359#post206359 |

The rep from Ricky Power Sports who distribute Haosen in the US who is also a forum member has mentioned 360powersports as being reliable. In fact if you find member 'Adam Rinkleff' he will tell you who he thinks might be best. As far as complaints go, try to avoid the one(s) who take the longest to send you the MCO or MSO (these are the 'manufacturers certificates of origin'-MCO, or 'manufacturers statement of orignin'-MSO) which, besides the bill of sale, is what you will need to register the bikes. However, a few states will not street register Hawks, Pennsylvania is one, probably the MAIN one, as well as California (which rarely has street legal Chinese enduros allowed for plating), and possibly a few others. Not to scare you, but just be aware as a few members from Penn., and possibly another state had to send their bikes back to where they mail-ordered their bikes because the states would not budge on titling/registration.

Thanks for the info. South Carolina dmv stated they do not verify the Vin. If it has the documents and it's in English they will register it. APSCUSA..Don Hopper says he will provide everything I need to reqister the bike. New bikes and cars are not verified in NHTSA herein SC. Now I wish someone could day....it's all true.

S. Carolina must be similar to AZ. Or Idaho, like where Spudrider hails from--we, in both states, can register motorized bar stools provided they have a minimum of street equipment. I would not hesitate to use APSCUSA--I have not read one problem with anyone using them. Plus, they offer a two-pack deal if you opt to buy two of the bikes, which a few members have done. Research through some of the forums, and that vendor's name will come up, and, again, only good things about them. You do want to deal with someone who will get you the paperwork in a timely manner, not weeks (don't recall anyone complaining about any vendors lately about that, but it does and has happened, but not with APSCUSA), but a week or less.

some have. even to the point that they ordered a color and a different color arrived. I did not have any problem with my green one arriving when purchased from Superior Powersports.

Thanks sport Rider. I emailed APSCUSA. Waiting on their response. I don't mind. My brother wants a black bike or he is not ordering. I'll post any updates.
