But there is some damage on the rear grab bar and the gas tank
I've already sent them a email about it. The grab bar I'm not too concerned about but the gas tank and fuel cap I want to get replaced

Also I went to immediately remove the decals after taking the crate apart and it looks as though the decals have been clear coated on to the plastics

Not sure if it will do damage the plastics trying to remove them or if it will leave unsightly lines

I think my decals are the same as yours. I used a heat gun and all but one came right off very smoothly. However, one peeled the red off the plastic in one small spot. I'll probably just use touch up paint for that or slap a small decal there...Haven't decided.

Use a heat gun. Makes it much easier.

Wait... the Enforce has painted plastic? The Hawk is just colored plastic. That might be why mine was so easy to take off.

I'm assuming so. Left side decals peeled right off without a problem. There was just one spot on the right side where, as I was peeling the sticker off, red paint came with it and it was white underneath. And the decal wasn't like a normal sticker. It was really thick, like he said, clear coated, almost like a clear coat over a decal.

I don't like the "BSR" logo on my bike and will be taking it off. That's the decal that "stuck". However, I liked the white mark from the peeled paint even worse, so I just laid the lame BSR decal back in place for now until I figure out what I will put in it's place.

Be vigilant man. I would honestly call as soon as you send the email and make sure they get get on getting those parts to you right away. It seemed that talking to them directly vs emailing got me my missing mirror vs email. Glad to see it arrived for you.

My decals have no Edge you can feel with your fingernail like the whole plastic has several coats of clear coat over the decal making the transition at the edge of the decal very smooth.

Unless a person hates decals, that's the proper way to do stick-on striping and decals.

R&L huh, My Shark is a day away and it was shipped by R&L from PSM. Here hoping I dont get anything damaged.
However a tank is much easier to replace than the gentleman who got a messed up frame.
