Zs200gy-A Fmf Muffler?
Hey! I purchased a 04 Zongshen ZS200gy-A a few years back. It's in pretty good shape ...runs great. Only mods are 30 mm mukini carb. I'd like to give it a makeover... a new FMF muffler and maybe new plastics. Currently some of the plastics are cracking. I'm not sure where to look...Any help would be much appreciated!

The FMF Turbine Core II is a good choice. It is intended for a two-stroke, but that doesn't matter; when it needs to be repacked, just use FMF four stroke packing.
Try www.taobao.com for plastics. Search for ZS200gy or just 200gy and see what comes up.

As W&G states, I've run a number of the FMF TC2's on some of my bikes. They work very well and won't break the bank.
This was a quick grab from Amazon but you can find them a little cheaper. https://www.amazon.com/FMF-Turbineco...+turbinecore+2

Sweet I'll look into those, my biggest concern is what will fit... obviously, I'm unable to look up year and model of the bike. Besides China parts.com is there any other sites that sell parts? Seems as if there isn't any literature on my zs200gy-a some parts look interchangeable but others don't. When I buy the new muffler, I'd like to purchase a complete set...from the header to the end.

Most Honda clone parts can be bought on EBay or Amazon, plus there's always Tao Bao. Can you post a pic?

Not totally sure to be honest. I've been told it's the Honda clone. Only markings are ZS200GY-A

Nice! Overhead cam version Honda clone. You don't see those very often.
You'll find lots of parts for it on eBay, Amazon and Tao Bao. On EBay or Amazon, just type in something like "Chinese dirt bike brake parts" or whatever your looking for. https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_n...ke+brake+parts

My X-moto was very similar to that but wasn't OHC. I played hell getting a muffler mounted. I mounted a FMF Turbine Core 2 but it took a lot of work and a pipe bender. The way it twists thru the frame to the header pipe is like a pretzel.

Thanks! its been a great project...I'm not opposed to a little fabrication just hoping there was a slip on perfect fit Fmf muffler. At least I have an idea where to start.. if I change the muffler, what'll you think a starting point for re-jetting.? I think I'm 110/120 main and 30 pilot...something currently.

The jetting you already have (110/120 and a 30) should work well with a pipe. The OHC does require somewhat fatter jetting than the pushrod version. I'd go a 120/30 and move the needle clip on the slide to the 4th notch down (lifting the needle). Give that a try first. Plus, toss the stock air box (they suck bad on those) and get a pods filter. An Uni-type is a fine choice.

Perfect! I actually understood everything thing you just said. I must be learning...I'll definitely try it out. What's your thoughts on the best oil to use. Right now I'm running valvoline 4 stroke 10w30.
